  • RYEzupSFRYEzupSF Posts: 6,003
Nope, but when I get really angry I cry. I can't help it. But people know I'm pissed. Luckily I don't get mad that often.

Behavioral issues, yes. Anger per se, no.

    Usually I'm pretty calm.

Do you like apples in your salad?

My parents weren't yellers at all. Dad would just take off his glasses and gaze at you and you'd feel so bad for disappointing him. Mom would try to say cutting things, but by the time I was 12 I had such a smart mouth that I would leave her speechless. (Only to her, though _ never to Dad.) I think the mouth was what would get me in trouble the most...

Not cleaning my room. I never made my bed and it bothered my mom something severe.

Did you have an allowance as a kid? How much?

I remember getting 50 cents a week. And then being really, really excited one week when my Dad upped it to $1 out of the blue. Then later I remember $5 a week. By the end, he'd just open his wallet and go like this  . He was a very sweet Dad.

Do/Did you have a very sweet Dad?

I love my dad to death. I can honestly say he's one of my best friends. I talk to him at least once a day sometimes 10. Like this morning he called me to ask me if I wanted to go to the dump with him  I used to love going there as a kid for some reason.

Did/are your parents still together? or did they get a divorce?

When I was young I was very much a daddy's girl. Then he left for another woman and her children. Long and hurtful story that I won't bore you with. Now he is no longer living so I guess I don't have a choice do I? :? Seriously, I do love my mom a whole lot. She is a very special woman.

    How about you?
  • JukeeJukee Posts: 4,500
I'm so sorry to hear about your dad and the tough things you had to endure growing up. I'm sure you're a better person now because of it. People make mistakes and I hope you have forgiven him in your heart for your own sake.

When was the last time you exercised?

Is it my computer or has something changed with the visibility of the avatars?
