  • I love this album, always have. I'm in Tucson and it's cold and windy. I think I'll join you in your listening choice today. Quick story;
    Was at a wedding last year after Backspacer was released and our table was talking PJ. I was telling them how they continue to blow my mind and in the end, they will be the greatest american band ever. This young girl, about 16 said "Pj's lame except for that one album,....Binaural." I was shocked that one would choose that album above all the other's. Althogh throughout the years, it's alway's been my fav.
    Oh well thought I'd share.

    being that she's only 16 maybe she thinks Binaural is their first record?! :D

    and i'm with the rest of you, GREAT record!
    grace and peace

    Binaural is a wonderful album! I haven't been listening to bootlegs that much in the last year and have instead put on the studio albums when I need a Pearl Jam fix. Binaural is one that that I listen to the most.

    Binaural is such an amazing album. I love spinning my vinyl copy of it and have to say that everytime I hear Light Years, I get chills up and down my spine. Hearing Rival at the Boston 2010 show was more than a treat for me. I think I was the only person in my section jumping up and down when I heard the opening chords.
    He who forgets will be destined to remember.

  • Binaural is on another level, in it's own relm, ruling over all in it's surcomference!

    That is why so many PJ fans have yet to realize and bear witness to the brilliance that is Binaural!

    I guess you can call us the "born again" section of the fan club. :)
