I was waiting for them to come up and decided to go eat really quick and missed it...
    Stone Gossard...riffmeister extraordinaire!

I am a man, I am advanced.....I am the first man to borrow Stone's leather pants!

    Lemme guess, Jeremy?
I pledge to you a government that will not only work well, but wisely, its ability to act tempered by prudence, and its willingness to do good, balanced by the knowledge that government is never more dangerous than when our desire to have it help us blinds us to its great power to harm us.

Yea, but it really focused on how the band continues to influence the music industry and how they headlined Lolla 07 and are still putting out music that matters. All the commentators VH1 had basically said how badass the band is...not much of the flannel, grunge, Seattle type commentary.

    Well that's good to hear.

    No disagreement there.

For what it's worth, Jeremy was ranked as the 11th greatest song of the 90's. Don't ask to see the top 10, cause it sucked minus R.E.M. at 9.

Again, I was happy to see it wasn't the same grunge, Seattle, flannel comments as we see a lot on these type of shows. One guy (some DJ) said everytime PJ comes somewhere nearby he goes cause it's the best live show (and he prob gets free tickets).

to be accurate, the show should have been entitled the 100 greatest songs with videos from the 90s.

Once again, no disagreement from me!

They reserved the grunge, Seattle, flannel comments for Collective Soul, basically saying that their clothes in their first video for Shine came straight out of Eddie Vedder's wardrobe.
