IMPORTANT!

They add to the energy of the shows and will insure the longevity of the band.

Let's embrace the youth!

    DEFINITELY agree

i love nothing more than to see some 14 year old kid singing all the words and really rocking out at a concert just like me

hey - we have to remember - we were all there at one point or another! at least these kids have taste in music!

    Agreed.

Although, I have observed many "old" fans displaying much more energy than certain "young" fans standing like statues at shows...

I don’t have a problem with the younger fans except the ones that have a problem with those of us who have been fans for years and call the older club members –AARP members. I actually heard someone behind me in Camden make that statement about the people in the front seats “oh and here comes the AARP 10 club members.”

What cracks me up is that those so called AARP members are probably the same age as the band members.

    that's cute :)

but that is what it is, it's jealousy that those of us who have been around longer get the better tickets

Did they ever consider that if us older fans weren't around to support the band all those years, that maybe the band wouldn't even be here today for them to enjoy.

it's common sense and there's no reason to disrespect any fan

and to add to this, I'm a long time Who fan and nothing makes me happier than seeing younger people start getting into them, and the same holds for PJ

that means that the music lives on and on

    LONG LIVE ROCK :D

They just need to be broken in the proper way. I have to say there are so many newbies on the board, I don't recognize the names, but I wish they wouldn't triple post the same subject. That is my gripe! and hell yea, Hail Hail to us AARP members!
I knew all the rules, but the rules did not know me...GUARANTEED!

Proud my son is a 12 year old second generation PJ fan. He hit his first show this summer and was as pumped as the rest of the group and sang his lungs out to almost every song. Was very proud of him for not being afraid to dance and sing with his old AARP mama!
