i absolutely love the ukulele. eddie seems to play everything pretty well. tiny tim's damn voice makes me cringe and i cany really listen to him for even a song sometimes, whereas i can listen to say, 'soon forget', or 'cant keep' - http://ukulelehunt.com/2008/12/02/eddie ... cant-keep/ - over and over however long it takes till i get it right.

Even Eddie would admit that TT was the man on the uke and he couldn't compete.
eddie holds his own just fine. i've never really considered music a competition, rather one of the real sources of magic that we as humans can see and hear and feel. but if a worldwide ukulele contest did break out, niether ed nor tim would even sniff the final. jake shimbukuru would win, and aldrene guerrero and brittni paiva would round out the top three.
