So, if I have a ticketmaster account, but it won't let me login at the .au website - am I screwed?

I have no idea. Why not set up another account at the .com.au address just in case? That's what I'd do.

I tried earlier today, but TM is the WORST user-friendly web site ever. Thanks. I'll be calling them tomorrow!

Where are you logging in from? Just search for 'Eddie Vedder' . The shows should come up. When/if you purchase any tickets just select to have them picked up at the Box Office/Will Call. It might just automatically make it your only option anyway. Or you can just change your location to Australia on your Ticketmaster Home Page.

How do I register for the pre-sale, or if I've put Ed in my fav artists will they send me something? It's just saying tickets aren't on sale yet & that's it.

Of course, my friend. 8-)

I don't believe there is a need to register for the pre-sale. Just:

- Sign up with Ticketmaster (and Chugg Entertainment if you wish)
- Get the pre-sale code (which has already been posted in the other EV thread....and which I have been told is already on the venue site)
- Buy tickets on Wednesday, 8th on the Eddie Vedder page

No idea if Ticketmaster will email you something. Chugg apparently will be though if you're signed up with Chugg Entertainment site by Sunday.

Yes, I can get to the page, but since I am in the U.S. - it gives me the boot when I log in - says I have to change my location and then when I try to do that, it boots me again. I DO NOT HEART TICKETMASTER. I'd hate get all excited about pre-sale next week and then get stewed. Oh well, whatever is meant to be. Just looking forward to meeting all the cool Aussies when I come down there.

It's totally doing the same thing for me. I've changed my location to Sydney but yeah I get the button telling me to login. I NEED SYDNEY TICKETS!! AAAAGH!

morello, sign up again with another email address. What if it screws up mid transaction on Wednesday? I wouldn't trust it....but that's just me. I don't leave anything to chance when I'm dealing with PJ (or EV) tickets.

Don't worry, I got tickets to 2 shows, and have helped out 2 other PJ fans see Eddie in Newcastle and Canberra as well with my spares, so I won't be greedy and let others have a crack at the tm presale.

Hopefully the scalpers don't beat the true fans from getting presale tickets.

I'm logged into the site, I search for EV, it goes to his event, still says 'Hi ***' up in the top corner, ie I'm logged in but it says 'tickets not available..... create account' below the little pic of Ed. It's like DUH, but I am logged in, you're telling me logged in so ytf do I need to create an account?!?!??! Hmmph.
