Thats what my cousins 21 yr old baby's mommy says to me. And they thing that threw me for a loop was that she wasn't joking either. I even played a couple of their hits (jeremy,betterman,daughter,etc) and nuthin. I was floored that someone of that age hasn't the slightest clue of the band. Has anyone else ran into this situation before?

as to the REAL thread topic, yes i have. mostly from people who do not listen to rock music at all. more often than not though, it's the usual "oh, they're still around?" and hey, in all honesty, i have said the same about numerous bands i was never into, or had a couple hits then seemingly disappeared, etc. if you're not into the music and/or truly following a band's career, it IS easy enough to NOT know if they still exist.
