How come there's so much interest in this? The last PJ tour to Oz/NZ didn't generate so much, did it?
I highly doubt this announcement has anything to do with Australia. It's not like there will be a flood of interest that would require people to have their addresses up to date. How many Australian fan club members are there?
They don't publish numbers anymore, right, but I seem to recall Australia has the highest number of PJ fans per capita in the world. NZ must be second. What makes you think they wouldn't tweet a reminder for an Australia solo tour?

No guarantees. I think people were going on past patterns, that a 'weekend ready' tweet is usually followed by a Monday announcement. Someone would probably know the stats, but not me.
