Word of the Day (Returns)

I have decided to try and resurrect this idea, armed with learning from the previous time around!

This is about a word for us to ponder relating to your day. There are no rules really, other than one word per day. Here are some 'guidelines' / thoughts though:

You could just place a single word, or you could say something / anything about it as well

This site below is brilliant for reflecting on your word or the words of others - it's amazing how much baggage a single word carries around with it! http://dictionary.reference.com/

You could share your word first thing in the morning, last thing at night, or any time - I found from before you might tend to ponder your word throughout the day - it's a bit like running something up the flagpole. It might sum up your feelings, be something to reflect on, or it might just be a cool word you like.

You can comment on other people's words, just try and make your actual word of the day stand out from any discussion,

Clear?

(this isn't my word by the way! I'm gonna post that right now below!)

I work with an old Puerto Rican woman who calls me this all the time, i may have misspelled it, ofcourse she isn't here today.

    I know it's not a compliment.

According to google translate it's Portugese for 'acrid' - as you spelled it.

But she could be calling you bitter and pungent I guess!!

    2. puñeta

Typically "jerk off" for Mexicans. For Puerto Ricans and Dominicans it's a curse like coño.
