    Why the 47th anniversary? Surely if you were going to do a open air concert in Dealy Plaza, in rememberance of King Jack you'd have it in three years time for the big 50th.

    Still think 'Pay no attention' is a soundgarden ref. And that the annoucement is a PJ/Soundgarden tour.

    I may just be deluding myself as that would be best gig ever :D

    Dude, there's multiple Wizard of Oz references in the tweet. It's an EV Australian tour, no doubt about it.

    Might have to arrange a visit to the relatives in NZ coincidently around the time of the tour, it would be a aus/Nz tour not exclusivly Aus?

    that's my million dollar question at the moment! we'd be heartbroken if it's aussie only....

    I think ed solo tour in NZ definitely warrants a hoki mai e tama ma, MK1980

    morning all.
    funny thing i went to put my kids to bed last night, and guess what they were watching.. yep the wizard of oz.

    anyway was thinking about this again this morning,, and things to do with the wizard of oz.

    first it starts of in kansas.... so a show of some sort in kansas.
    i read someone said seattle was called the emerald city, so a show in seattle.
    the scarecrow song, and the refrence to bonoro.

    they sing lions and tigers and bears.... so DETROIT lions, CHICAGO bears... sorry i don't know if there is any teams with tigers... could say CINCINNATI bengals????

    then obviosly of to oz.... obviosly australia.

    just my 2cents worth.

    Yeah I found ♪♫♬no attention♬♪ running round my head as a chorus from somewhere, then thought 'where is that from?' When I realised 'Soundgarden' I almost peed my pants!!
