Look what I got today - courtesy of a friend's dead Aunt - mint early pressing of Led Zep II, Burgundy label - my best sounding copy yet!!

I have this theory now that VINYL! is like fine wine - stick it in a dark cellar for 50 years and it 'matures'!

I haven't listened to my vinyl in a while. I can't wait for Thanksgiving break.

Had quite a haul of VINYL! today - mainly due to the super generosity of one Pearl Jam vinyl lover aka Kev the Serialthrilla!!

I don't know how he picked up that I have an insatiable craving for 1980s pop music on wax lol - but Kev sent me out of the blue a whole bunch of 'hits' albums. More than appreciated. Am back home in the warm now and wondering where to start!!

standards are slipping!! I know, I'm a pain aren't I? It comes from having to write a lot of copy for work. I get it in the neck if I send stuff out that is full of holes, so I tend to type quite accurately - I swear by the firefox browser spellchecker - don't think I could function without it!! My hands are now becoming organically attached to my keyboard these days - I need to go for a few more walks!!

I don't mind how other people spell etc - I judge people on the sentiment I guess; it is true though, you will find very few grammatical errors in my posts I told you I was a pain!!
