Also anyone recall a story of Eddie getting sucked out to sea in another near death experience while surfing in New Zealand?

    I just looked this up....in '05 he almost drown with Jack Johnson's dad. Keep away from that family.

    Did you really not like that show? I hear a lot of ppl bashing that show, but I had a blast. I don't remember the setlist exactly, but I had some good company around me, and had a lot of fun.

    That Rollingstone bit was classic.

    I thought the Cincy show as solid as well. The crowd was great and there was a lot of energy. I think much of the bitterness stems from the failed Yield campaign. As I recall, the only Yield song played as Do the Evolution.

    George Bush is not a religious fanatic, he's an imbecile programmed by fascists to use a pseudo-religious front to manipulate people who aren't very bright.

    Sorry, but I have kind of had it up to here with spiritual people who believe in God, not to mention God Himself, being lumped in with these foul-mouthed, foul-minded, power hungry control freaks who wouldn't know God if He jumped up and slapped them in the face (and one day, He will!)

    I don't like Eddie being anywhere near death, but if something has to happen to make him realize that he is too smart and too developed to be an atheist, well, the Lord works in mysterious ways!

    Just curious...just reading through all these posts (new here)...and found that comment interesting. I don't know a lot about the band or its members...so, pretty much everything I'm reading about is news to me...lol.

    So...is that a true comment? Has Eddie ever made an official statement in regards to his religious beliefs?

    At any rate, I don't hold an opinion on it one way or another...just plain old, simple curiosity!
