    Ooohh, that is my favorite story!! I get a visual...a very nice visual....every time I read that excerpt from that interview.

    As a former smoker (smoke-free for a year and half :)), that is one huge accomplishment. Hopefully he'll realize that life's better without 'em and can be done with them for good!!

    Yeah! I just read that just yesterday and I was soo happy! It's a real hard habit to quit and quitting it takes a lot of endurance! I agree with you EddieVedderfan1 that's a very hot thing! And also I read something about Chris Cornell before and he said that he quit smoking and drinking like crazy and he said that it actually improved his voice more than ever, I'm not saying that Eddie's voice isn't top notch, because it is, but why not improve a little if there's room for it right? It's also a real good thing for his health too! Good on you Eddie!

    Absolutely his voice is affected by those cigarettes. Remember when he could hit those sexy deep baritone notes in the early years of PJ?? omg!! *swoon* I think he has trouble hitting them now :( and I honestly believe that's why - can u imagine if he were to quit and be able to hit those notes again....not that I'm complaining

    THAT LINE IS A CLASSIC!!! Exactly! Yeah that's what I also think, he can't hit those notes anymore, and I mean come on he has a really powerful voice, so there's nothing wrong with making it stronger, I know what you mean, I'm not complaining either, but like I said improving is always good right? It'd be great if he goes with it the whole nine yards, because he said he's only four days in without a smoke and how hot is it that he's on a diet now? lol, that man sure cares about his figure! And I AIN'T COMPLAINING EITHER!:D
