    At one point the music sounded all jaunty and happy in the background and it just made it sound kind of crazy.
    Maybe that impression came from the distorted sound quality of the video? :|

    No, I was there, and the arrangement was very different. . .particularly Matt's drumming, which did create a kind of upbeat feel to the song.
    It makes much more sense to live in the present tense.

    i'm not sure how i feel about that version of black. my first instinct was "KILL IT WITH FIRE" but i do like the strings... i just... wouldn't want that to be the only way i ever heard it...

    I agree! Was very surprised at only three repeats having been to the Bridge several times before.
    Had a fantastic time both days and got to meet quite a few fans I'd not met before and also some old friends!
    It was just a great weekend for sure. :)
