15 pounds? Mr. 4&20s work used to give turkeys out for the holidays and one time we couldn't finish it, so I told him to donate it to a food bank if he could.
We just cook cornish game hens now.

neither...just like beef as it is...as rare as possible...i like to even have the butcher grind meat for me so I can have rare burgers.

when i worked in kitchens if i was trimming the beef i would eat bits raw. :P

I'm up in Connecticut for meetings... Loooooong day... One more to go and then 95 South :roll:
How bad is your commute?0 -
Not bad, if you don't mind public transportation. In the evening I get on the Green Line trolley, then after 10 stops I transfer to the Blue Line. Another six stops. Then a mile and a half walk, and I'm in the front door. Takes about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour an a half, depending on how backed up the trolleys are.
