For, so there are two green squares towards the top right corner. One of those two would be the Berkman pitch.

The color is the pitcher, not batter.

so let's see...utley wasn't hit by a pitch, was forced out at second and didn't touch third...superior umpiring going on here

When have the umpires ever done anything right in the playoffs?

    he pulled a jeter hahaha

he touched the inside of the bag, just barely. thats why da reds didn't appeal.

i would never ever put a rookie in a big spot like dusty baker did

Agreed, but I want Halladay to get a world series ring so he can eventually come back to Toronto. So I'm not going to complain.

I'm surprised they ejected Cox. This could be the second last game of his career and they wouldn't let him stay in passed the second.

He would have been ok, had he not thrown his hat. Loved the "fuck" as he was walking back to the dugout
81 is now off the air

He should do that during game three if they're down a bunch. It's not like the league can suspend him for it.

listen to his post game interviews/press conference. gold. the man should run for office.

in all seriousness, he did what a true leader would do in those circumstances. the ball may have grazed his jersey, but he sold the ump by immediately running to 1st. then he may have been out at second, but he sold the ump by popping up so quickly like he expected to be safe. umps are human. they make mistakes and can be influenced by the slightest little things. utley is the man. and the phillies are the fucking shit.

    that is all.

    good night.

The best part about it was he told the umpire he got hit. Funny shit - like he said "I got hit, I'm going to first base, and there's nothing you can do about it."

I still think he was safe at 2nd. As for the HBP and 3rd base - I have no idea. It's hard to believe the ball could've hit him. If you look through the Yankees thread, when Jeter did his acting job, I said I thought Utley would do the same thing.
