It was basically a VHS press kit for Apple to be distributed to TV stations and the like. It was decided at some point to release it to stores. It was very limited. I have a copy in storage on NTSC VHS. I don't think it was released outside the US. It came in a carboard slipcase sleeve (no plastic cover).
I haven't watched it in many years (I live overseas from my home country and all my stuff is in storage), but I seem to recall bits of interviews with Andy by a pinball machine, or maybe a pool table. Other bits of that interview are also featured on a VHS of an old 'video magazine' series called 'Hard N' Heavy' (I forget which volume). I have that somewhere, too.My Pearl Jam shows: 1 in 1995, 2 in 1998, 20 in 2003, 13 in 2006, 3 in 2007, 8 in 2008, 5 in 2009, 4 in 2010, 5 in 2012. EV: 8 in 2011, 1 in 2012.
