    on the contrary my friend... it's people like you from whom I should learn somethin... trust me, I'd be doin myself some good, if I made my life a bit healthier, physically , emotionally , mentally and in all other ways possible... I truly love the way you appreciate the working together of the mind and body.. your commentary on tai chi, if I spelt that correctly , is just one example... I've "chilled out" way too much for my own good... I best be takin a look at what you've sent... it's just one lil thing... but I need to wise up... generally

    don't worry about it Godfather... if I'd grown up givin a rats ass about what people thought of me, well I might have been the most popular, party freak in my town landing a new woman every week... though my hometown 's always been quite the rocker blast of a motherfucker, there was never a shortage of ravin party pendejos... not having given a fuck I ended up like this....not exactly landin a new woman every week if you know what i mean... for better or for worse... well... who the fuck knows ...
