    I think for the most part everyone has been very polite asking for ANY semblance of info. At what point do we start calling a spade a spade here?

    I would hazard a guess that it just defaults to that when there's no available information. otherwise they could just call this Ripoff on Two Legs.

    If we don't have any info within the next week or so, I'd probably call it. The supposed release date is still more than a month away, but if it gets down to less than a month, I'd probably call BS. I just can't see them springing a new release with less than a month's notice. Not if they want to promote/hype this thing in any way.

    Day's back somebody posted a live chat with a rep from Amazon.com. And they said that's the only information that they have. That it's a one disc item.

    So you say to yourself "I just spoke to an rep from Amazon and that's what it is. A 1 disc Pearl Jam item! To buy or not to buy!" But you look here on the boards & you see all these rumors & notes that were posted over @ What Records that it's a live vinyl, few old poster sheets, a CD/DVD combo etc.. But no! A rep from Amazon.com say's it's 1 disc & 1 disc only. Now if you go ahead and place an order right now for that one disc & you don't get that 1 disc but other stuff, what do you say? And why was the information false from Amazon.com as they were the one's selling that 1 disc item?

    This is all madness! Madness I'll tell ya! :crazy:

    Hey TenClub...stop treating your customers like shit. Say something. We pay to be here but you are forcing people to translate japanese websites and go into Amazon chat rooms for information. Do you want to cause devoted fans of the band you work for to overpay for something? Granted, in this case you would have to be insane to order that but still, this is all a total slap in the face IMO. How long has this thread been up and you haven't said a word. E-mails have also been sent and ignored. I sound like a broken record and I have tried to be really positive but your silence is making a lot of people angry/frustrated.

    I just wanted to chip in.
    I think the reason tenclub isn't saying anything is because the Soundgarden box set is coming out first and Soundgarden and Pearl Jam now have the same management.
    Correct me if I am wrong but management gets some cut when something gets sold right?
    Pearl Jam and Soundgarden have a lot of the same fans that would buy these box sets. So it makes sense to hold off announcing this death on two legs until at least a week of Soundgarden sales.

    in a way, I do feel bad for 10C. They really can't tell us anything until someone higher up in the chain of command lets them, so this lack of communication isn't really 10C's fault but rather management's. 10C is just the most visible target for our frustration.

    It's a product that will be around on, and after it's release date

    It's not like a show that's in the works and if u don't find out fast enough you'll miss out! Just cause a place had jumped the gun to get some early sales, doesn't mean 10c will change it's original gameplan on info. I'm as eager as anyone to know, but like I said I don't fall for limited edition bull shit anymore :)

    If the details aren't finalized it explains why other websites have very little info and the 10c hasn't made an announcement and if you give a retailer $100+ without knowing what you're buying that's sorta your fault and you have nothing to complain about so how about we just hold tight and not yell at the 10c for not giving details about something that may or may not be fleshed out yet.

    It's been 24 days and they can't even so much as say yes it's happening or no it's not? Not expecting them to be at our beckon call but 24 days of ignoring this and a few months of ignoring the rumor pit thread? I have defended them in terms of not talking about tour dates or tickets or ticket prices but this is different. There is a 58 page thread that they are reading and just ignoring when even a yes or no would suffice temporarily.

    If this is the fault of management, then all of my ire can be relocated to them and my sincere apologies to 10 Club. Sorry for being debbie downer and i'm not trying to be a jerk but it's just really frustrating being blown off. Treating us like shit was the wrong term....it's not like we are in dire straights being tarred and feathered and it's not even like the box set is that big a deal. It's actually not a big deal at all. It just feels like a lack of respect for your fans and customers.

    If any of you are from Philly, I can sort of compare the Ten Club to the way the Philadelphia Eagles front office operates.
