BLACK MOUNTAIN ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM
Black Mountain are excited to announce that their third album, 'Wilderness Heart' will be released on 13th September in Europe and 14th September (N.America). To celebrate this news, we're giving away 'Old Fangs' from said album to you all as a taster. Click HERE to get a taste!

    I've been checking their tour dates regularly because I missed them in '08 when they were here last. They're coming on Monday and I have another concert (The Roots) to go see the same night. Figures.

    I'm looking forward to the album, but I don't have ridiculously high hopes. It might get lost in the shuffle a bit in a year that's had a crazy amount of great albums already.

    funny/sad story: a few years back, I downloaded that week's iTunes free single of the week. It was Stormy High. I was hooked. I immediately checked out the rest of their stuff, and then checked their tour dates on their site. They had just stopped in Winnipeg THE WEEK BEFORE. I was so :evil: .

    So I've been waiting a long time for next week's show. :thumbup:

    they were on Jimmy Fallon a few days ago. If you missed it, it's streaming on his website. I'm listening to the new album as we speak. Can't wait to pick it up on the 14th.

    don't know much about this band except that 'Old Fangs' is a pretty good song and their news album's coveris awesome.

    I just found out about these guys last week. Got the new album on on Saturday, and can't get enough. The last band to grab me like this was Alberta Cross.
