let me guess majority of the south and midwest are going to get the whole...Bonnaroo is your concert deal

congrats to the East coast :)

    This is not a complaint but do you notice that the West Coast gets shut out of as many dates as the South.

    West Coast got no No Code tour in 96, no VFC tour in 2004, and no pre album tour in 2005. Now it looks like no random dates in 2008 either.

    Just wondering why there isn't that much love for the west coast where Eddie can surf every off day of the tour.

    west coast gets vedder, east coast gets first leg.

    the schedule stops mid-summer, there'll be a second leg in the midwest.

    hopefully alpine valley isn't scheduled during lollapalooza

    maybe a nice fall europe tour? that would be great since I am moving there in Sept. PJ, play in Brussels!!!!
    Well, at least I'm seeing a few good bands, REM, The Cure, Modest Mouse, Death Cab... but non of them are PJ....

    I agree... seriously... I mean I'm happy for those who get to see them... but come on... It's getting old getting all excited to only be let down... yes, call it whining or complaining... but when is PJ going to do something that effects us all... or at least a good majority of us... not just the East Coast... congratulations though, East Coast.

    i agree with you, i have no ill-will towards the east coast, im happy for them, but its just a letdown to the rest of us, who got hopes up...its all good we are alive and well, right :)

    next time they should just say we have news for the east coast

    geeze...it's funny how differently people respond to news. This is the best day I've had in a long time because of this announcement, other people are crying all over their keyboards. Guess you really can't please everyone. Oh well, I'll be in FL for both shows and probably the closer in MA. I'm poor, and don't have a job but I'm gonna make it happen like I always have instead of bitching about how my region didn't get any shows. Peace.
