  This is a cool find. Unfortunately it looks like Pearl Jam is a blah cream color. Wish they had gone with the Jam.

  Excellent.
  I've been wracking my brain as to how
  I could display my love for Pearl Jam on
  those household surfaces where
  framed posters DON'T fit.
  Now to convince the gf
  that it's time to repaint the basement...!

  If I was going to name a paint after Pearl Jam, it would be that weird magenta color from the cover of Ten. I guess they themselves don't like that color since they did away with it for the re-issue, but I think it's fitting.
  
  This guy was going for a literal interpretation of the name and not really an homage to the band, hence the pearl/cream color. Makes since, but it's also dumb. If you watch the clip, he used a few band names. He's just trying to cash in on the rock and roll aesthetic by randomly naming paint after bands and jacking the price. Very un-rockn'roll if you ask me.

  And it seems absurb that you "invent" colors and make lots of money. Nature invents colors.
