How unfair is this ticketmaster security check phrase?

Trying to see if I can score more tickets for LA1 (for another Pit member), and this security phrase came up:

102.11x24 bermuda

Seriously, how fair would that be for someone at 10:00 trying to get tickets? I'd be pissed.

(By the way, I did get tickets right at ten...and the security phrase that came up was "but dick." Haha!)

    It blows completely I got some 2 word 13 character monstrosity I couldn't even read first try

    The one I got in one browser was legible, but in the other, it was twisted so much that the letters got smooshed together and it was impossible to read ... so I gave up on that browser in about .634 seconds.

    I can't imagine that anyone with visual impairment, requiring the audio version, has a chance for high-demand shows at all.

    holy crap that was awful. i got "tuxedo" and got right in.

    The security code works if you just type in the first word and not the second one some of the times.

    The security question popped up again when it asked me how I wanted my tickets delivered. Then it told me no tix. I love ticketmaster.

    Maybe... but they gave me the seat numbers and the seating chart. It's the second show I've tried to order lately where it gives me all that info for payment and delivery then kicks me out.

    As absolutely incredible as this is... my phrase on one of my attempts was

    And I got completely shut out of Berkeley and Santa Cruz. I'm just going to put on my recording of 09/01/05 and try and console myself.
