Anyone seen a Pearl Jam one around and how much it's going for? Not including the ripped up ones?

Where did you get the print?

The art print was once for sale on rocktheearth.org. Long gone now. Got mine though! :)
Ive got four drymounted Virgin megastore promos, whats wrong with drymounting??

You're not allowed to say "fuck" on ebeans, so members started saying "drymount", which to poster geeks is the worst thing you can do to a piece of art.

For those who don't live and breathe posters, I believe Emek did that poster for the PJ show but something happened and it never worked out? I've heard all sorts of rumors about Ames nixing it, but who knows. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can elaborate?

Personally I think having "Thee Bathroom Suite" and the wave posters all in a public bathroom is pretty freakin' hilarious. He's able to laugh at himself. Good for him!

Well, I'm sure the 3k was for the PJ Charlotte ... the 10k lakes and decemebreists he sold at this show for $280 and $380 respecitvely, framed ....

These PJ posters that he tore up could have gone for what, $500 each? more?

If you figure the art print is going for $400+ on ebay, I'd think a PJ fan might pay up to $750 for these band editions he ripped .... I think he's doing just fine.

    Yeah,

He wanted 2k for the charlotte and 500 for the other two.

actually, from someone that was there ... these were eventually ripped off the wall about a few hours into the event.

You are correct. I sent him an email telling him how funny I thought this whole display was, and said I was surprised no one took them down to try to piece together.

He said they actually were taken down by someone, but he made sure that he ripped them in such a way that you wouldn't be able to piece them together.

of course those torn posters will fetch a bunch of money because of their 15 minutes. i think a youtube video of them slowly burning would have been better. like his other PJ poster this one is very very overrated, and i like emek.
  • So does anyone know who got these torn posters?

    I have an offering:)

all hes done is created several one of a kind variations of an already extremely rare and popular print... whoever did get those can piece them together and frame em and sell em for twice what they would originally go for... i appreciate the message for sure but i dont think itll have any effect
