So, just scrolling through Pearl Jam's music page and noticed they've played "My Heart Will Go On"?:lol:

Does anyone know what the story is behind that? And, more importantly, where can I hear this? :P

They also played "Girls just want to have fun" aswell, but it was only 30 seconds. I'm sure that is the same thing with this song, but I'm not positive.

Also the Girls song I think was just Ed singing, but I haven't heard it in a while so not sure about that either.

another sign that Ed and the band have a good sense of humor :)

I love the Goonies. My wife thinks I'm lame for watching every now and again. She says it's a kids movie. She just doesn't understand. :D

it was a daughter tag at the knoxville 98 show. They also tagged "monkey gone to heaven."
  • I love "The Goonies" back in the day my friends and I would explore every creek and cave we could find, Ah childhood how we all wanted to grow up and now wish we were young again. But at least i can see the enjoyment on my childrens' faces when they watch it for the first time.
  • Yeah I was at the Knoxville show. It was as brief of a tag as they have ever done and shouldn't be credited as a cover by any stretch of the imagination.

i have the girls tag on tape somewhere. from memory it's really really really short....

it's a shame. i'd like to see a slowed down lukin style approach to the entire song.
  • That same year they also did Madonna's Ray of Light (Chicago I think) as a daughter tag. Pretty groovy.
