    my brother is there...i won't start a thread strictly for it just in case he doesnt text me...but im sure hell let me know when Ed is on and what he plays. I have a feeling though that Ed may play some songs he has rarely played or never played.

    Anyway, ill tell him to text me and if he knows the song I will put it on this thread.

    We're pretty young guys but huge PJ fans. I'm 23 and my two brothers who are 21 and 20 went. But, our music history of obscure covers he may pull out is limited. We'll do our best!

    brother text me and said he played a springsteen cover

    first song for sure was Rains on Me by Wait
    Next I heard was a Bruce cover

    Now Ben Harper is on stage. Ill try to get more info.

    edit: I think it is the new group, Fistful of Mercy. Ed introduced them. Waiting on verification if it is Fistful of Mercy

    My worst nightmare. eddie vedder & johnny depp together on stage performing society and i'm not there. if i weren't getting married tomorrow i'd do something rash! :o

    Ed acted almost like the emcee for quite a bit. And funny enough it seemed (to me anyway) that Natalie Maines, who was awesome and I'm no country fan, had a crush on Eddie.

    Johnny Depp was cool and played the guitar well. I'd say Patti stole the show tho. That last song with everyone on stage was raw power.
    Great night and totally worth the up and back from Birmingham.
