Usually on veggies at supper as I take my lunch to work and usually don't pack any. I try to fix two different ones when I do cook and I might cook 5-6 nights a week. The rest we eat out. I am not meeting the RDA of veggies.

One made out of an old can of castrol, 8 lbs of it maybe.

It's a disgusting habit, chewing anything from one's own body. Hair, fingernails.
I once took care of a patient who pulled out her eyeball. But I digress... (she wasn't chewing it, that memory just popped into my head).
And PJ: Don't pop the blister. Cover with a gauze pad, Band-Aid or whatever, and let it run its course. Popping it risks infection.

I was working with a nurse who was new to the emergency nursing specialty. (A very different kind of world.) So she comes to me and says, "I have this patient, I'm not really sure what to do, she pulled out her eyeball and the doc said to dress it." So I went with her and showed her how to dress an eyeball that's hanging from its socket. Pretty straightforward.
Later that day I found the nurse and told her I'd left her a gift in the staff lounge.
It was a hardboiled egg in a dish.
