    I love it for the same reason. I mean, iknow Ed didn't personally write the song for me. Alas, the song reminds me of all the hard times I unfortinatley went through and all the regret and I anger I dwelled on because of the hard times. In the end though, I realized that I was not the fuck up and that I had to forgive myself for the mistakes I encountered and just move forward. It's such an song of enlightment and seems to free us from our hard times times as well.

    I really feel like if there was a song to sum my life up in a nutshell "present Tense" is the song.

    can't pick just one..... just can't. depends on the time of day and where my head is at. i will tell you though, i probably got more feeling from the extended "Arc" during the berkley 2 solo concert than i have ever heard in my life. people cried. ed cried. priceless.
