    A bigger problem is colleagues saying, "I think I'll work from home tomorrow" and not telling the director.

    TPBM knows that for some people, "working from home" = "take a day off with pay" which they justify by sending out two emails in the morning and two in the afternoon.

    False. I think I've worked from home twice, both times sent in huge written reports at the end of the day. (Once was when Tessie was a puppy and exploded, and the other was when one of our our water heaters ruptured.)

    TPBM is annoyed when coworkers game the system.

    Not really. I have a Red Sox logo and a black Lab silhouette. I'm not good at planning them in advance, I'm afraid.
