    Haha saw it with my buddy at the midnight showing. I loved it and couldn't stop laughing. My buddy, who is a big Will Ferrel fan, didn't find it too funny.

    I just checked with my three dogs. Although they seldom agree with each other, they are unanimously adamant that the asshole of a dog tastes nothing like braised short ribs. They say it's much more like Limberger cheese that's just a bit "off."

    I really liked this movie and I'm not a big fan of Will Ferrell movies. Maybe it is because I went in with low expectations, but I laughed a lot. Loved the stats/credits at the end.

    it came out of nowhere too. i didn't even know about the movie until a couple weeks ago. pleasant surprise indeed.

    wasn't a big step brothers fan. it had some funny moments but was just dumb overall.

    as far as spoofing buddy cop movies, i'll take this one over that cop out garbage with bruce willis and tracey morgan any day of the week.

    this was classic restrained/straight man ferrell. he's at his best playing a character like this.

    It's understandable why some didn't like Step Brothers. It's just such an intellectual movie. Had to watch it three or four times to completely understand it. Kinda like 2001: A Space Odyssey in that way.

    it was bad. just bad. no really, it was bad. i couldn't believe how bad it was. however, it was so bad, it made kayne's performance at bonnaroo look almost good. that's how bad it was.

    That's exactly what I want. Two idiots acting like idiots. Not some stupid little bow being put on a predictably plotless movie. Gimme John C. Reilly in a Chewbacca mask, and not them turning their lives around or whatever in the last 10 minutes. Just give me pure stupidity for 90 minutes.
