    Nah, not at all. I just think that band as a whole gets way too much play and is overrated.

    Don't get me wrong, I am a big Allman's fan and Duane's shit is unreal, Derek Trucks is just fucking amazing. It's fucking effortless and sounds incredible.

    I believe DT is the finest guitar player playing right now, and one of the best ever. Seen him live twice, and he's unbelieveable.

    Yeah, he is unreal. I have seen him quite a few times with both the Allman's and DT Band. Great stuff. The Allman Brothers with Clapton at the Beacon during their last run there was one of the best shows I have ever been to.
