At the end of the song (We belong together tag) it sounds like Ed is crying, does anyone know why he was?

It is my favorite performance of that song because it really does sound like his heart his broken by the end of song

    oh he didn't tell you after the show? you didn't know to go to section 103 row 14 and wait for the meet and greet with the other fan club members?
