I mean, if the rumors are true and there will be an EV tour in late summer/Fall...they have confirmed work on the new album in interviews for months- so that means 3 tours and a new album in one year?!!! Is this realistic? I would rather have the whole band head back into the studio and finish the record by fall, then a full US tour.
I hold the pain, release me!

    Regardless, I would be surprised if he manages to squeeze in 3 tours and a new album in 12 months- like others are saying, I would not count on any more live shows this year-but I have been wrong before.

    Mike said they are in the early early stages of only 4 songs in that spin interviews. Just a rough idea of the songs with the band, no lyrics. I doubt there will be a new album this year.

    I don't think it was announced, at least not officially. I think it's wonderful. Congrats to the parents, hope everything goes well.

    I highly doubt his hours of work for the year 2008 will approach the standard 40-50 hour per week work week most of us are underpaid to endure. He'll be just fine.
