    My best freind, right hand man at work. overall mentor, lived in Rochester in the summer, he had Adopted parents in Queens and Summer Parents up there, he was very fond of them. Here's a shot in the dark, his names Orlando Ortiz, Puerto Rican 48 , his Rochester Dad, was the head of security for a big bank company, i think JP Morgan. would you know him?
