Hard rock must b a dvd

Cameras everywhere and a massive gang way down the middle of stage to sound board.
Now it all comes down to numbers, now I'm glad that I have quit

Hard Rock Calling usually record theirs to show on the big screens the following year.
This won't be a dvd. Why would they bother? It wasn't a standout show or a special occasion.

Reading 2006 was much, much better than this show. The setlist was better, the occasion was incredibly special and poignant, the crowd was better and the sound was much better.
Shepherds Bush, the o2, MEN and Bercy were all better shows for me too.
I expect Arras to be as well on Saturday.

And as to what makes it a special occasion... 50,000 people does not count!
BECAUSE
According to the head of security & crowd control over the weekend, who I had a chat with on the Sunday, there was in fact nearer 75,000 people!
Apparently, Hyde Park is "sold out" when 65,000 tickets are sold. However, they can accomodate up to 85,000 at a push if necessary.
His figures for the weekend:
Pearl Jam: 70,000 - 75,000 (COMPLETELY sold out by the day of the show)
Stevie Wonder: 65,000 (A sell out, but only by the time Stevie arrived on stage)
Paul McCartney...: 45,000 (But that was only at 12pm, I'd imagine it would have went up a bit by night too)
So THAT'S why it should be released on DVD! Must be one of their biggest UK shows ever, and the crowd was nuts!
what a cracker
opps no it was very short big let down, hyde park 100 times better..imo
