Has anybody received the holiday single outside the USA?

Just wondering. First fan who posted here that received the single was June 7th. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=134590 . So many fan's in the USA haven't even received Pearl Jam's Holiday Single yet. If they haven't got it yet, another 6-8 weeks added for International fans after they receive one? Mama mia! :shock:

    You'll probably get the single before we get them up here in Canada. Just hope if its arriving this July/August it's not sitting outside my door step in the hot sun melting while i'm @ work/vacation this summer.

    Nothing received in Australia between me and my compatriots.

    Hawaii is a big tick.

    A friend received his in San Fran this time last week.

    That's true! But my Fisher Price portable record player has been kicking me in the shins each day, waiting to spin that black circle to oblivion.
