In West Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground where I spent most of my days
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool
And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys said 'we're up in no good'
Started making trouble in my neighborhood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
And said 'you're moving with your aunt and uncle in Bel-Air

I was born in Waltham, Ma. (The same Dr that delivered my father delivered me- interesting fact :-)) I grew up in Lunenburg, Ma. I did a short time in Chicago, Il. I then lived (and loved <the land, not the polotics>) in Phoenix, Az. I then moved, and currently reside, back in New England. But further north, in Hudson, Maine. (Just north of Bangor).

And somehow I ended up living in Schenectady, NY... The things you do for love, I guess....

Interesting... I've lived here for almost 2 years (and in the Albany area for about 5), and I think that there are a lot more gangster wanna-bees than hoity toity assholes. There is some old money here, but A LOT of crappy parts of town.

I cannot believe that someone referred to people in Schenectady, NY as "Hoity Toity." That might be the funniest thing I have ever heard. I live close to Schenectady (Glenville now but originally for Saratoga Springs) and that might be the absolute last way I would describe people from Schenectady. The first thing that comes to mind is that they are a bunch of Jersey Shore rejects.
