    what area now?

was today the deadline for the 8K?

    good luck.....

this time should be a little easier since you just went through a lot of it, but again remember to expect the unexpected

you seem to drive a hard bargain so I am sure you will get what you want

I know that advice is a dime a dozen and I am sure it is a bit late now

    but the contract is key

there were some mistakes made IMO in our initial contract that are causing me problems now

You would NOT BELIEVE the mistakes made, 10 days ago in the original contract on the house i wanted to purchase.....You would NOT believe it in a million years....

But now I am under contract for a house, that is absolutley stunning.....For just about the same damn price.......

I am once again under contract, to purchase a house. (3rd time)

    I expect nothing but headaches.
Because that is all I have had in the last 2 months.

I wish real estate agents would stop an realize that they make a lot of money for what amounts to not a lot work really

especially when you are representing a buyer

somewhat agree, but we looked at probably 40 houses.... that's a lot of time/driving around for a real estate agent to do. And while he got a good commission, I can imagine that they show a lot of houses to people who don't end up buy anything with them.

I have a house for sale and in April I averaged 3-4 showings per week. Since this credit sunsetted I haven't had one showing.

House sales fell 33% since the credit ended on April 30th! I expect they will extend this credit to the end of the year.

I got in on this by the skin of my teeth... In contract on April 30th and closed on June 29th. Made the five years (as an owner stipulation) on the second time home buyer credit by just under two months... Anyone else get in on time? Speedy?
