    edit: also isn't this strictly a b-sides release? i am sure i read somewhere that stone said the majority of the album was tracks they wrote for welcome to discovery park but didnt include

    No, I don't think so. They released most of these already on 'Brad Vs. Satchel' which you should pick up of you liked welcome to the discovery park. We are talking about a new record with mostly new songs, most of which are written and recorded in 2003. Stone did some of these tracks solo in 2004!

Rough mixes were made and some cds were sent to labels without much interest and somehow the days past and it was all sort of forgotten. Well, Regan didn't forget, he was quite frustrated that the record wasn't coming out and he thought about putting it out himself but he chose to put out a sort of B-sides collection called Brad vs Satchel(thanks Regan!). People seemed to like it but without a label not many people heard it. So.......now, in September 2007 the lost 03 record is being mixed and is sounding really great.     Yeah, last week I posted a comment on Brad's myspace page thanking them for putting their forum back up and Shawn Smith messaged me asking me what forum was back up- I answered him, but he never wrote back.

    Isn't this Brad's official page? Wouldn't you think the lead singer would know about their forum going back up?

    From what I know about the old forum, it was pretty much Regan who ran those types of things.

    No, but the forum was announced on the official Brad site - which existed before MySpace and will exist long after everyone has moved on to the next social networking fad.

    I actually started that myspace page for Brad in early 2006 and recently handed it over to Shawn a couple of months ago - so it is their official page. He also wrote to me asking what the forum was - I emailed him back, but so far he hasn't replied to me either. He does have a history of not replying after he asks a question, at least with me.
