Bridge Benefit Concert

I got my philly box set today and wanted to make a "pearl jam live" play list including all the live recordings I have. While doing this I came across an album named "Bridge Benefit Concert". There is no year connected to the files and I do not remember where it is from. I should probably have the original cd somewhere at my parents house, but it will be a while until the next time I am there.
I was wondering if some one knows when and where this concert is from.
Here is the play list (some songs repeat themselves so this is probably a 2 night show):

Still can't believe I met Mike Mccready at the Guggenheim and got a pic with him!!!!!
