What Is This Vinyl I Just Got From 10 Club???

I received a vinyl, on one side it says "Turning Mist" "Pearl Jam 2009". There's a picture with like a glass top-hat that is turned upside down and is filled up with dice and a candle. On the other side it's a picture of a dude on a surfboard looking back and giving a peace sign. There's a sticker on that side that says Hawaii '78. Now, Hawaii '78 is probably one of my favorite covers that they've done, but since I don't have a turntable, I don't want to open this yet.

I was just surprised to receive this. I didn't know if this was supposed to be the Christmas release, or what.
