    When was the last time you had a really embarrassing slipup due to forgetting a crucial piece of information? (Like, asking "how's your boyfriend" when you forgot they broke up bitterly, or making a crack about having a stroke when you forgot that the person you are talking to has in fact had a stroke of their own.)
