Favourite Pearl Jam Song Game

I know it's hard but there is a way to find out.

Narrow down your favourite song per album. Start off with Ten by picking Once or Even Flow. I chose Even Flow. Now pick Even Flow or Alive. Keep doing this until you have a favourite song for each album. Then narrow down your choices until you have a favourite Pearl Jam song. I'll allow 2 songs if it gets too hard.

Inside Job
Amongst the Waves

Finally, my favourite Pearl Jam song (on most days) is Given to Fly. I also like Black, Immortality and Come Back but you can only pick one

    I think most of those (with the exception of I Am Mine and Rearviewmirror) would change. It really does depend on your feelings at the time and the fact that different songs can become your favourites at different times shows the beauty of their music.

    This was the first Pearl Jam song that I actually listened to. I had heard there songs before this but never paid attention. My boyfriend at the time made me listen and I remember him showing me the Yield CD cover and saying isn't this cool? Then he took me to my first pre-ten club show. I immediately joined the 10C after that and have been hooked ever since. And not to mention, I have never had to sit on the lawn again ever since that first show!!! Membership has its privileges :) And while I am no longer with that person, I am eternally grateful for him turning me on the BEST BAND EVER! Rod- wherever you are thank you so much!

    Great post! It was fun to go through the albums and pick even though it was very hard. If i did it on monday it might have been different as well as tomorrow. Im going with RELEASE. Cant get enough of that song and feel so blessed i finally got it live in Boston this year, it was better than i imagined it to be.

    Thanks for the great posts everyone. Great to see the variety. I agree on choices changing all the time. I love Dissident and I'm listening to World Wide Suicide over and over again!
