    Why not just enter the country legally?

    why waste taxpayer dollars on jailing, schooling illegal immigrants when there are plenty of other problems for actual US citizens (anyone seen the shape Detroit and other US cities are in lately?) that would imo be much better spent?

    This is a warning to my fellow citizens - Make sure you spread the word.... if you have a friend who is Hispanic make sure you ask for his/her papers, because if you get stopped by police and it turns out the person you are with isn't a legal resident your going to be in a whole lot of trouble..... it's against the law to be in contact with illegal immigrants.... make sure your kids aren't hanging around with these criminals....

    So what is your solution to the imigrant problem? Amnesty? kicking them out? Blame the white man? I was always told don't bring up a problem unless you can think of a solution. What is yours?

    No, but really- I've stated my thoughts on this before but here it is again.....
    I support an Amnesty type of movement....That would require at least 10,000 fine, 100+hrs of community service, pass a basic test, be willing to defend America, and pass a back round check....
    Strengthen our boarders....and make it a little easier to become a citizen for those who are not here or at least offer work permits ...something along those lines.....
    I think gathering a million buses and trying to load them with illegals is impossible and will only create more divide amongst American's....
    Something along those lines....

    If you are a parent and you're picking up your kids from school, make sure that you don't give any of your kids friends a ride, unless you check there documents....... Otherwise you can find yourself in some serious trouble with the law..... Don't let those dirty little criminals into your car ....otherwise you too will be considered an enemy of the state!     when checking for citizenship ...ask for a passport, a birth certificate, or federal documents allowing the person to be in our country..... make sure you double check for expiration dates.....

    I know you are being sarcastic... but, i think you are also overstating the actual legislation.
    Personally, I don't know... I have not read the legislation, yet. But, I do know there are two sides and both have valid points.
    I believe the law states that if you are pulled over for a moving violation (contact with law enforcement) and you do not provide valid identification, you will be suspected of being in this country illegally. I would support this law... IF it were spread out to cover EVERYONE, equally. Mexican driving without license and vehicle registration... suspect. Blonde Soccer Mom pulled over for texting and weaving in her lane and lost her driver's license... suspect. Old white haired white guy pulled over for driving 32 MPH on I-10 with a drivers license that expired in 1994... suspect.
    Take them all... mexican guy, soccer mom, old white guy and load them on a bus and drive them to the border and toss them all over the fence. Just singling out the mexican guy is bullshit. If you are going to pass a law, it needs to apply to EVERYONE. Otherwise, it is not what America is supposed to be about.

    I have a solution... anyone who HIRES an illegal should be pegged as a criminal. From big corporate farms to your neighbor that hires one guy from outside the Home Depot to clear brush on his property. Put the people who hire them in jail, seize their business and homes, treat them like drug dealers.
    No more illegal jobs.. no more illegal immigrants.

    I agree with that 100%

    I am also 99% against amnesty because it does NOT work.

    I'd be for making illegal aliens a citizen if they would do a year or two in the armed forces. It isn't that black and white but just a generalization and an idea.
