Hey look-y look-y what i found, dan.
Not that i haven't already provided ample suggestive plausibility of the direct nature of the relationship of the Knights Templar, the original Pirates, and the Freemasons ...
but here you go ...
"In the lecture that sums up the initiation of a new Master Mason, the newly admitted candidate is told that this degree 'will make you a brother to pirates and corsairs.'
[source seems to be: Born in Blood: The Lost Secrets of Freemasonry]
Hmm.
I WONDER what that could mean?
PS - this book was written by a fellow who wasn't even interested in Freemasonry, so it isn't just slanderous. He was TRYING to write a book better explaining a peasant revolt\uprising in Europe in 1381 ... he ended up being "forced" to conclude, due to records of the time and direct statements from partisipants, that it was initiated by a secret brotherhood ... a theory with ample evidence to back up the suggestion. If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?0 -
