I'm sure this has been discussed before, but who makes up the setlist, and when?
1989: Mother Love Bone @ Downtown, NYC

1998: Madison Square Garden

    Eddie does right before the show. I was lucky enough to meet Eddie while he was making the set list for the st. louis show, as you can see in my avatar pic!
