    Mine are always like that.
    Recently my hair has grown heaps, I put it down to my omega 3 capsules lol

    Did a quick search of the National Institute of Health database (www.pubmed.gov) for you regarding nail growth and there isn't an awfull lot of research papers linking fast nail growth to any bad diseases. I'd say you can Sleep Easy :D

    Sounds like a healthy development. Perhaps you are getting better nutrition, cleaner air, more sleep, less stress, etc.

    I've had gorgeous long nails since I was 12. Last year, I got a mild bruise on my middle finger (right hand) from my building's ancient elevator. Months later, the nail became more and more twisted. Now it's almost diagonal. Weird.
