    depends...I'm over 6' 5" and it fits me alright, but barely...it's more a question of how slender you are, not how tall...these shirts are tight! (and I'm being literal, not waxing any hipster jargon!)

    We need an XXL of these. Normally I am an XL but these run small IMO, I had to give my XL away. Awesome shirt though, love the feel of it.

    Just buy the smallest size and wait for him to grow into it. That's what I've done for various clothing and I don't even have kids yet!
