    Today I met with a new real estate agent, and looked at a couple houses. I explained the events that took place, the last 10-14 days. She just listened, in disbelief, and said "Have you contacted a lawyer"?????

    Like I said norm, this deal turned very fucking ugly.

    Im just going to move forward and find another house. Thats all I can do. When all is said and done, Kathy and I will be in our new house and maybe laughing about the events of the past 10-14 days. Maybe we will laugh. But I know one thing for certain, I am going to make Mr. Real Estate agents life pure hell for the next few weeks. I will report his actions the his superiors. I will leave a review on his website that he will never forget. I will do all I can to make his life pure fucking hell. He will be held responsible for his incompetence.

    Ohhhh JEEEEZZZ.... Sorry to hear!! That SUCKS!

    I just signed my contracts yesterday... was told by a l ot of people I would qualify for one tax credit or another. Bunch of idiots that didn't know wtf they were talking about. First week I was looking... I was so excited!! ($8000 BACK!! woo hoo!!!!) Then I did my research and realized there is no way i qualify for ANY tax credit. Oh well... so be it. Hope my deal goes better than yours, Speedy. Seems cut and dry simple stuff... but we shall see!

    GOOD LUCK looking for another. I swear i will cry like a baby if my deal falls apart!

    I think the are required to licensed

    talk to a lawyer but legal action is worse then buying a house, I am in the middle of a small claims now

    the only money you should be out is the inspection, earnest money should be returned and everyone doesn't get paid til closing.......

    Mr. Real Estate agent is getting a good laugh too....I am one step ahead of him as far as information goes...

    I woke up at 7am this morning, and have contacted everyone, and anyone, who needs to be involved in this. I have all my papers and info at hand. I did the lenders work, and faxed him the exact amounts and figures including homeowners and property tax info, principal and interest info, monthly payment info. etc. etc.

    I am actually having fun this morning.

    If I do not get under contract today, thats OK. I know Kathy and I did are absolute best to make it happen. If it doesnt happen today, then Kathy and I take a deep breath, and still attempt to buy this house, within the next week or so.

    But what the hell, its worth trying.

    Back and forth with the seller for 8 hours......This deal literally was on and off at least 10-15 times....

    But like I said, 5 minutes ago it became a done deal..........
