Ten club history & Christmas single

I can’t find information about the Ten club itself, like year of founding and some highlights since. If I remember well, the Ten club was founded mid- or late-1990s. But there has been a 1991 Christmas single. Who has information? Thanks!

    Started early, 1991... look at the Ten booklet, pretty sure it mentions it in there. Initially stuff was sent to the MLB fanclub members I think, introducing PJ. Could be wrong though.
